Join our team our talented chefs to learn basic culinary skills and discover new recipes to impress your friends and family at your next dinner party.
Enjoy a relaxing start to your day with tea, coffee and home made cakes & biscuits before joining our chefs for an hour long cookery demonstration. Following the cookery masterclass you will be invited to a Champagne & canapes reception in our beautiful bar which precedes a bespoke lunch menu served in our award-winning restaurant with selected wines to accompany.
Masterclasses take place at 9.30am the first Wednesday of each month. Each cookery course is focused around a particular theme. No cooking experience necessary - suitable for beginners and enthusiastic home cooks.

The vibrant asparagus spears are one of the most sought after vegetables in the UK. Make the most of this delicious short-seasoned vegetable by learning some easy and unsual ways of cooking and serving it.

Discover the art of creating a barbecue feast for al fresco dining this summer. Our barbecue masterclass will demonstrate barbecuing, smoking and wood oven cooking methods along with plenty of recipes to create meltingly tender meat, fantastic fish and perfect side dishes to complement.
There’s nothing quite like the smell or taste of freshly baked bread. In our September masterclass we will dispel the myth that bread making is complicated and time-consuming and will introduce you to complete process from start to finish.

Back by popular demand our final cookery masterclass for the season will demonstrate how to create simple yet unusual seasonal canapés packed with festive flavours.
