Masterclasses with Michelin Starred Chef Will Holland

Discover the culinary techniques, skills and secrets used by top chefs to create the perfect dish.

Enjoy a relaxing start to your day with tea, coffee and home made cakes & biscuits. You will then be invited in to the kitchen to learn the tricks of the trade during an hour long demonstration by award winning Head chef Will Holland. Following the demonstration Chef Holland will be available to answer your questions during a Champagne & canapes reception which precedes a bespoke lunch menu served in the restaurant. 

Masterclasses take place the first Wednesday of each month.  Each class & demonstration is focused around a particular theme.

May - Spring Lamb

As the new lamb season kicks in, learn how to prepare and make the most of the different cuts of spring lamb.

June - Summer Berries

Chef Holland will demonstrate some alternative uses for summer berries, including some interesting sweet and savoury options.

July - Summer Vegetables

Discover how to take advantage of the superb summer vegetables in abundance at this time of year.

August - Pasta

Potty about pasta?  Learn how to create and roll your own fresh pasta and how to make it in to a number of different dishes.

September - Venison

Learn how to butcher, prepare and cook local Mortimer Forest Venison to perfection.   

October - Artichoke

A much under-rated vegetable, Chef Holland will demonstrate how to prepare cook and make the most of an artichoke resulting in a variety of different dishes.  

November - Game

Get a grip on game and discover how to make the most out of this meat which is extremely accessible during towards the end of the year.

December - Canapés

Impress your guests during the festive season by learning how to make a number of exciting and unsual canapé s. 

All Masterclasses are £85 per person inclusive all refreshments & lunch as listed above.
