Valentine's Day

The Valentine's Menu will be available on the 9th, 10th, 11th and 14th February. It will be the only menu available for dinner on 14th February 2012.

 

 

OYSTER

Oyster panna cotta and beignet, cucumber jelly, pickled shallots

 

 

GOAT'S CHEESE

Twice baked goat’s cheese soufflé, ‘Waldorf salad’, goat’s cheese dressing

 

 

HALIBUT

Pan fried halibut fillet, celeriac, smoked salmon, champagne veloute

 

 

DUCK

Roasted duck breast, Anna potato, baby pak choi, cassis sauce

 

 

CHOCOLATE

 

Dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate parfait, crispy white chocolate

 

 

EXOTIC FRUIT

Lychee mousse, passion fruit jelly, exotic fruit salsa, mango ice cream

Lunch only on 9th February 2012

Lunch & Dinner on 10th February 2012

Lunch & Dinner on 11th February 2012

Lunch only on the 12th February 2012

Dinner only on the 14th February 2012

Please note that on the 14th February 2012, this will be the only menu available.  On all other dates above, this menu will be available in addition to the A la Carte and Gourmand menus.
